Delete your account
You can delete your Eskrow account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
From inside the app
- Open Eskrow and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This removes your account and your personal data from Eskrow.
By request
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@eskrow.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and process it.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your personal data, including your profile and display name, saved Pokémon HOME friend code, inventory, wishlists, and listings.
Completed trades, the ratings tied to them, and your past messages stay with the other trainer, because they are part of that person's trade history too. Your name is replaced with “Deleted trainer” wherever it appeared. We also keep records needed for safety and fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy.
