Delete your account
You can delete your Eskrow account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
From inside the app
- Open Eskrow and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your account and personal data from Eskrow.
By request
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@eskrow.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and process it.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your personal data, including your profile and display name, saved Pokémon HOME friend code, inventory, wishlists, and listings. Some records, such as completed trades and the ratings tied to them, may be retained or de-identified for the integrity of other users' trade history and for safety, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will need to create a new one to
use Eskrow again.
